Seasonal Homes   Having trouble insuring your home away from home in the Poconos?  If your seasonal home meets the following criteria and our underwriting guidelines we can more than solve your problem for you. It must be owner occupied and never rented. It must be within 5 miles of a fire department. It must be within 500 feet and in sight of two full-time residences. When it is unoccupied, either it must be winterized to prevent freezing or the heat must be maintained at a minimum of 55 F. The home must be entered by the insured or his representative at least once every thirty days.
